The El Paso Alternate Reality Project is a research group specializing in Paranormal, Cryptozoology and Ufology research. The group also specializes and Historical and genealogical research.

Co-founding members Ray, Rose, James and Karina; have a history of paranormal experiences for most of their lives.

Those experiences and the experiences of their children brought them together to put their years of research and personal experiences to good use and officially formed E.A.R.P. in the summer of 2006. The official site www.earpzine.com, launched in 2008 and after some considerable tweaking and a complete redesign, they re-launched the site with a brand new look and name Alternaterealityproject.com in the summer of '09.

E.A.R.P. was established to investigate and research local and regional paranormal activity, UFO sightings and Cryptozoology. EARP'S secondary mission is to collaborate and share data with other established paranormal research groups; as well as engage in the sharing of ideas, thoughts and theories with our viewing audience.

Our Team consists of a small but varied group of people each with their own stories, talents and experiences to share, along with a strong desire to learn and search for proof of what lies on the other side. But each one of us is serious, professional and dedicated to our field.

Ray, Rose, James and Karina, are all native El Pasoans. Ray and Rose both have degrees in Computer Science, James has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Karina is currently working on her PHD in Pharmacology.
