James Saunders - Tech Manager

I received  my degrees in Electromechanical Technology (AAS) and Electrical Engineering Technology (B.S.) from Rochester Institute of Technology, specialized in power systems and radio waves.  I am employed as a center manager for a Video Relay Services, that provides accessibility in telecommunication between Deaf and hearing consumers through the use of an interpreter via video and telephone systems.

I am extremely happy to be part of the E.A.R.P team; due to my deep interests in the paranormal and UFOLOGY since I was very young. I have had several paranormal experiences while growing up and was always in search of answers. With my analytical way of thinking,open mindedness and great patience; enables me to be objective, but thorough when reviewing evidence. Additionaly with my technical experience, I am able to bring E.A.R.P to the point where we can supply ourselves with all technical know how to create most of our own equipment.

On my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, participating in a local softball league, camping and enjoying nature happen to be one of my favorite stress-relievers. I also enjoy watching Ghost Hunters, Paranormal State, and UFO documentaries.

Born in El Paso, Texas and considered it as my hometown.  I am 37 years old, a mother of four wonderful critters. I am married to a wonderful husband, James Saunders. I am a skeptic and never had any paranormal experience.  As a case manager, I have developed a good relationship with people who want to share their personal experience so I can build a case for them with the El Paso Alternate Reality Project team. 

Build a case can be very challenging task where people can feel awkward sharing their personal experience to a stranger.  A case manager will put every effort to help the client to understand what they are facing.
