Do you have  what it takes to be a member of the El Paso Alternate Reality Project?

Local paranormal research group, The El Paso Alternate Reality Project has an immediate opening for an **Assistant Case and Research Manager. The qualified candidate will be working closely with our Case Managers, Karina Saunders and Allan Martínez.

Duties will include:

- Developing and following up on case leads

- Setting up and scheduling appointments with clients

- Conducting Historical Research to include genealogical research

- Consulting regularly with various organizations and specialists that may prove vital to an investigation

- On occasion assisting Karina, Rose and Allan with various administrative duties

- Being a part of the investigative research team

The El Paso Alternate Reality Project is a dedicated, close knit and easy going group, but very selective when it comes to bringing on new team members. Chemistry, professionalism and a solid team dynamic is key.

Although, experience in paranormal research is not required, the ideal candidate must have an avid interest, not only in paranormal research, but historical and scientific research as well. Potential candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional work ethic, the ability to work well with all personality types and in a team environment. This individual must also be mature, compassionate, very easy going in nature, responsible, honest, willing to learn, objective, follow direction, be proactive and have a strong sense of integrity.  It should also be noted that confidentiality is of utmost importance. Be prepared to not only join a professional and dynamic team, but to become an extended family member.

Ideally we are looking for a stay at home mom with an avid interest in Paranormal Research. However, all qualified candidates will be considered!
